Legal Tip: Witnesses to Car Accident

Try to get the names and phone numbers of any witnesses at the scene of the collision. Witnesses who "don't have a dog in the fight" are very powerful witnesses. These witnesses are independent and, therefore, carry a lot of weight with a jury.
